I have been doing weights and aerobics every other day.... also, I confess that my food has been healthier than ever: Heaps of veges, lean meat, protein shakes, the minimum amount of carb that the body requires, 1-2 fruits per day, and 1.5 L of water at least..I should drink at least 2, but I will get there...

Rewards to keep us motivated
I have read in several fitness blogs about how to reward yourself when you achieve your short term goals.. We gain twice: we spoilt ourselves with some gift and see the weight going down!
I chose a new gym bag , a really cool and fancy one... I also asked my boyfriend to give it to me and he agreed to... so when my weight is 63kg, I will get this gift!
I am also thinking how to reward myself when I get to 60 kg....

I am under 25. Are you?
Nah, I am not talking about age... I am talking about The Body Mass Index (BMI).
My current BMI is 24.62. To find out yours, do the following calculus: Weight/Height2
These are the BMI categories:
- Underweight = <18.5
- Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
- Overweight = 25-29.9
- Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
So, according to these categories, I have a normal BMI. What about you?
It is obvious that if you are a body builder/weightlifter you are heavier than a normal person, so your BMI will be > 25. However this extra weight you have is muscle, not a big flab!

I am busy and building...
Hey everyone, I have been busy the last couple of weeks.. traveling again and working out (a lot)!
My goal is build muscles! Muscle burn a lot of calories, so if I have more muscles I burn more calories, just doing nothing, just existing and being awesome !!!
To build these lovely muscles, I need good quality food and good work out.
My meal nowadays is mainly based on low fat protein and vegetables. Also carbohydrates part of my daily intake, however I usually have the low GI ones (whole meal pasta, rice and bread) because the low GI food makes you l feel fuller for longer between meals.
More information about low GI food, check the http://www.glycemicindex.com web site.
My work out is split in two parts: Weights and aerobic exercises. I have already tried just having the aerobic ones and I didn't lose any weight. Building muscles and increasing our metabolism is the key for being fit.
Hooray, New banner :) !!!
For God sake and my good friend M&M, the blog has a new layout!
What did you think about that? I just loved it!
ps: If you want to know what M&M is doing, check her blog: http://garotasgirasdeit.blogspot.com/
THX a lot M&M!!!

Away for a while, but aware of becoming a whale!
Howdy!
I have been away for awhile, have you guys noticed? :) - I was on holiday two weeks ago.
It was a good one! - My partner and I took a week off and did some travelling. It was an 'adventure' holiday - Those that you come back more tired than when you left: We walked a lot, did some hiking, we didn't drink much - no more than two glasses of wine per day (and not every day). I confess i ate some Mc Trash - I think it was 3 times - twice in the breakfast (those breakfast combos) and once in the lunch : a wrap (or should I say crap)? But in the end of the day, I mean, in the end of the holiday, I walked more than I have eaten: I came back 400gr thinner! Good on me!!!
It is great backpacking, (I would prefer 5 star hotels, but I am a simple person :) ), however some times you just miss your own bed and home: being able to pee sat in the toilet bowl, have a shower without jandals is priceless!
Besides missing my bed, and my own private toilet, I also missed my gym: The loud music, all the people jumping, dancing, the instructors' energy, my heart speeding faster, my body sweating.... I can do any other sport /activity but nothing compares to a RPM/ Group fitness class. OMFG I love it.
BTW, I am currently being oriented/trained by a Personal Trainer and last Friday (June 5th) was my first session. Let's see how it goes. So far I have my body fat measured ( I am not post the numbers here, because i got very depressed /impressed with the % of body fat it seems I have :( ).
Personally I've never believed I would need a PT, however I decided to give it a try. - I achieved my goals once (in a 1 year period, I think) however the alcohol (beer) and the sedentary lifestyle made me put all my weight back.
In that time, I was working out every single day, at least 2,5 hours a day: One hour aerobic exercises and another 1,5 hour doing weights. I believed i had some over training and I lost some muscle. I am not sure how much I lost it, but this time I want to make sure the only thing I will lose is body fat!
Note1: I know the blog layout is not that great, however a good friend of mine promised she would help me with that. But she is not helping me!! She is busy with university works! How come my blog is a second thing in her mind? :)
Note2: I prepared soup! Argh!

66.6 !
I have been avoiding crap food since Easter - I think that was the last time I have eaten at Mc Trash. Since there, just grilled food, salad and some soup to detox! I remember right after coming from the Easter long weekend, I checked my weight and it was 69.8... OMG, it is almost 70kg, right?
I have been doing my best and going to gym, escaping from random dinners , etc. All this effort seems to have some result: Today, I just checked my weight after coming from the gym and it was 66.6 - wow :) 3kg, at least 12kg more to go...
My friend {OO}, (we haven't decided our pseudonym yet) - (I just decided mine, it will be "FnF") asked me about the soup recipe... Well, I would say: put everything you don't like and some chicken and beef :) :
- Chopped chicken breast or beef;
- Carrot;
- Courgette;
- Cabbage;
- Broccoli or Cauliflower;
- Potatoe (not that much, you like it!);
- Green bean
- etc.
So healthy, low calories food + exercises - alcoholic drinks = WEIGHT LOSS!!! (Wow, what a discovery!)

Two girls, four boobs, one goal: 2-4-1!
Heya!
Welcome to our brand new blog and to the very first post!
My friend and I decided to create a blog to keep us motivated in getting fit.
Don't even think we are futile!! Actually, it is quite the opposite! However we are not fat as well... We are kind of in the limbo, got it?
Both of us have a Degree in Computing Science, however we want more: To be a successful woman in this cruel world, we have to be: intellignet, FIT, charming, HOT, funny, FIT, financialy independent, HOT, cool, FIT, beautiful, HOT.. well you got it, didn't ya?
You may notice we are not native English speaker, however we decided to write it in English due to two main reasons:
- We will improve our English skills;
- We will be able to get millions of readers :)
Because of that, we may have a few (or many) grammar mistakes here. If you are in the mood, add a comment and we will fix it..
We are two girls, with nice boobs (be jealous!!) that have one simple goal: Get the body of ours dreams - and we are gonna work hard for that. We intend to post a picture here when we achieve it... keep an eye...
