Being a fitness professional!

I just have started a Personal Training course and I am so excited about it! It is hard to have time to work, work out, have a life and study, but I am sure I will be able to handle it! I've done it before and this time I intend to do it with no extra weight involved!

I had to decrease the amount of days I go to gym due the new studies, however I will try to run outside to compensate it. I have started saving my run workout and I will be writing the results here!

I am so happy, today I checked my weight and currently it is 60.5!!

F = m * a

F= m * a is a very known law of physics - let's adapt it to our fit, awesome, fantastic world:
Fitness = muscles * aerobics exercises!
That is right - to be fit it is necessary to build muscles and burn calories, burn the fat that has been accumulated during a long time of sedentary life.
I think I am doing my part: i have done weights training every two days and aerobics exercises every day. I have been so addicted, excited, hooked on adrenaline that last week, I have been to the gym twice a day: at 6:00 in the morning and 6:00 in the afternoon!!!

The exercises and the good diet gave me a good result: my weight today is 60.6 kg! Woop woop!

Happy Fit Year!!

New year, new Resolutions, same goal: Getting fit in 2010!!

i haven't been writing any posts in the last months because I went on Holiday in October , got freaking busy at work in November and it was Xmas!


My current weight (on 1st of January) is 61.8 kg - I put a couple of kilos due the holidays, but they are temporary. My healthy lifestyle is permanent!
I was on the beach in the last week of December and if I drank at most 15 beers in 7 days - no more than that! And they were all low carb!!
I also was controlling the amount of carb, sugar, fat i was consuming, and making sure I was having a good amount of protein daily - either eating proper meat, or having my daily protein shake.

Bring on 2010 and take away all my extra kilos!

Goal to accomplish by the end of 2010:
  • Weight <= 55kg ;
  • Body Fat Index: 21–24%;
  • Run a half Marathon;
  • Do Pilates or Yoga often.

I am far too busy being delicious!!!

Hooray, I am 60.0 kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I get 59.x I will get another reward for me.. I am not sure what yet, any ideas?

I have been doing weights and aerobics every other day.... also, I confess that my food has been healthier than ever: Heaps of veges, lean meat, protein shakes, the minimum amount of carb that the body requires, 1-2 fruits per day, and 1.5 L of water at least..I should drink at least 2, but I will get there...

I was far too busy studying...

Hey everyone, I have been a bit slacker in my lovely blog. I was studying for a professional certification in IT. And yes, I passed! Hooray!!!!!!!! I would say I achieved a paradoxic: I god slimmer and studied at the same time, so no excuse to geek people be fat :)

Rewards to keep us motivated

I have read in several fitness blogs about how to reward yourself when you achieve your short term goals.. We gain twice: we spoilt ourselves with some gift and see the weight going down!

I chose a new gym bag , a really cool and fancy one... I also asked my boyfriend to give it to me and he agreed to... so when my weight is 63kg, I will get this gift!

I am also thinking how to reward myself when I get to 60 kg....

63.5kg!!! And counting down....

Quick post, not much to say.. I am too sore due my exercises, but pain is good! Mainly when we can see the results :)
