i haven't been writing any posts in the last months because I went on Holiday in October , got freaking busy at work in November and it was Xmas!
My current weight (on 1st of January) is 61.8 kg - I put a couple of kilos due the holidays, but they are temporary. My healthy lifestyle is permanent!
I was on the beach in the last week of December and if I drank at most 15 beers in 7 days - no more than that! And they were all low carb!!
I also was controlling the amount of carb, sugar, fat i was consuming, and making sure I was having a good amount of protein daily - either eating proper meat, or having my daily protein shake.
Bring on 2010 and take away all my extra kilos!
Goal to accomplish by the end of 2010:
- Weight <= 55kg ;
- Body Fat Index: 21–24%;
- Run a half Marathon;
- Do Pilates or Yoga often.
