Fitness = muscles * aerobics exercises!
That is right - to be fit it is necessary to build muscles and burn calories, burn the fat that has been accumulated during a long time of sedentary life.I think I am doing my part: i have done weights training every two days and aerobics exercises every day. I have been so addicted, excited, hooked on adrenaline that last week, I have been to the gym twice a day: at 6:00 in the morning and 6:00 in the afternoon!!!
The exercises and the good diet gave me a good result: my weight today is 60.6 kg! Woop woop!
